ABSTRACT
The formation of a left ventricular aneurysm secondary to myocardial infarction is a potentially fatal complication.
Early diagnosis is critical to patient survival. A case of a 74 year-old male with a history of ischemic heart disease
secondary to myocardial infarction with ST-segment elevation who developed a giant left ventricular apical aneurysm
is presented.
