ABSTRACT
Eccrine porocarcinoma is an uncommon, malignant and cutaneous tumor of slow growth that derives from eccrine sweat glands. Now, the evolution of a 46- year-old female patient with a rare skin tumor located in the inguinal region is described. A wide resection with inguinopelvic lymphadenectomy and an advancement flap was made, and adjuvant radiotherapy was indicated but the patient refused it; six months after surgery, she suffered an unresectable pelvic ganglionar relapse. In the multidisciplinary consultation, a classic hemipelvectomy was proposed but she disagreed. Ten months after surgery, she died as a consequence of lung metastases.
