ABSTRACT
Kaposi’s sarcoma is a frequent pathology in inmunocompromised, there has been an increasing number of patients with the epidemic of AIDS. The most common localization is the skin and soft tissues. When its presentation is in the genitalia the lesions are blue and plane. We present a case where the clinical presentation is completely atypical being confused with a Buschke-Löwenstein.REFERENCES
