ABSTRACT
The most common cause of pseudoaneurysm (PA) is post-punction due to endovascular procedures,
blunt vascular trauma has a low incidence, 0.6-1.14%, being more frequent in men. Clinically is embodied
with several signs and symptoms. There by it has to set differential diagnostic with soft tissue tumors.
Soft tissue sarcoma are a group of heterogeneous neoplasm, synovial sarcoma is rare, affect the
inferior extremities more frequently than superior. Main clinical manifestation is a mass that increase
pretty fast of size. We report a case of SS in thoracic extremity with clinical manifestation like a posttraumatic
pseudoaneurysm. A monophasic epiteloid tumor was diagnosed with histology and immunohistochemistry.
Although extremely rare, SS should be considered in the differential diagnosis of posttraumatic
pseudoaneurysm.
