ABSTRACT
Psoriasis is a chronic, cytokine-mediated, autoinflammatory disease
that to this day remains incurable. Skin, joints and nails can
all be affected. Nail involvement is present in more than 50%
of patients, it can have a significant impact in their quality of
life and can be difficult to treat. Biological agents are by far the
most effective. We present a review of treatment options for
patients with nail psoriasis.
