ABSTRACT
Introduction: World Health Organization (WHO) detach that one of the tobacco dependence consequence for national economy is the occupational productivity lose, because it come together a vicious circle of addiction, occupational productivity lose and poorness. WHO had detached that exist a very close relation between productivity forces develop and tobacco and cigarettes consume, where by general the developing countries and not the economical developed ones or those that have highest income by person are the highest consumers. In fact, because the strong dependence that create the regular consume of manufactures products from the tobacco tree to smoke in its consumers, that consumer can going displace few to few the consume of other goods or services of first necessity and that point the levels of extreme poorness accessibility and social iniquity. Objective: To identify the principals and generals tobacco's characteristic as risk fact in the labor productivity. Results and discussions: It desegregated conceptually the different manifestations of the labor productivity lose because tobacco dependence as risk fact. Conclusions: Tobacco dependence as a risk fact is a principal element in the occupational productivity loses. That loses appears from many forms and impact negatively on the individual and social economy too.REFERENCES
