ABSTRACT

We present the case of a 17-year-old male patient, with history of abdominal surgical intervention twice, in whom was performed the diagnosis of Cutaneous Fistula. We proceed to surgical removal of the lesion, finding at the bottom of the fistula old suture material. Histopathology reports a nonspecific chronic inflammatory process. With the above findings, we established the diagnosis of foreign body granuloma to suture material and cutaneous fistula.
