ABSTRACT
Diagnose criteria for GBS include: progressive weakness, diminution or absence of reflections of muscular streching; weakness use to be ascending progressive of pelvic and brachial musculature. Facial palsy could appear in 50% (uni or bilateral) and in some cases, oculomotor weakness. Therefore, differential diagnosis must include acute flaccid weakness syndrome. In accordance with topographic location we expose other diagnose alternatives in GBS.
