ABSTRACT
Krukenberg’s tumor is a metastasis to ovary from a neoplastic whose origin is from gastrointestinal adenocarcinoma. Dr. Friederich Krukenberg, first described in 1986 a morphology that was characterized by mucus-secreting cells shaped seal ring. Herein we inform a case of hematological malignancy (Non-Hodgkin lymphoma diffuse large B-cell immunophenotype CD20+) that presented a clinical behaviour and pattern of spread similar to Krukenberg’s tumor and after chemotherapy treatment, the patient has seven years on first remission. To our knowledge, this is the first case report of Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma with Krukenberg features.
