ABSTRACT
In the diagnostic study of the pathology of the cervical column the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is a necessary technique because it not only allows to evaluate the osteomuscular part, but rather it is also indispensable to visualize the nervous structures. There is patient, with cervical neurological clinic that does not suit the realization of MRI to the being payees of pacemakers. In these cases the realization of another procedure is required that helps to clarify the cause of the certain problem. A useful exam that should be considered is the mielography with computed tomography of cervical column, as was done in the present case.
