ABSTRACT

The Papillon-Lefèvre syndrome is an autosomal recessive disorder characterized by hyperkeratosis at palms and soles. Periodontally it affects both dentitions, leading to the loss of teeth in at early age. In this presentation the periodontal management of two patients with that condition is reported.
