ABSTRACT
The Landry-Guillain-Barré-Strohl Syndrome, commonly known as Guillain Barré Syndrome (GB), is considered at present as a group of autoimmune illnesses, that are expressed as a polyradiculoneuropathic affection, that clinically is characterized as an ascending arreflectic cuadriparesis, with mild sensitive symptoms and sometimes autonomic alterations. Along with the clinical picture it is convenient to perform laboratory tests to confirm the diagnosis. In general, the treatment is symptomatic, specific and with rehabilitation with the aim of diminishing the morbimortality and the associated sequelae.
