ABSTRACT
Bier’s spots are characterized by anemic macules, usually scattered over the limbs. They are considered an exaggerated physiological response of the small cutaneous vessels to venous hypertension. We report the case of a 30-year-old man who presented with multiple, asymptomatic, pale macules distributed on the trunk and all four limbs. A clinical diagnosis of Bier’s spots was made on the basis of the clinical features. The patient received no special treatment due to the chronic and benign nature of this condition.
