ABSTRACT
He ampullar diseases are rarely associated with psoriasis. To date, we can find about 60 reports of coexistence between bullous pemphigoid and vulgar psoriasis in the medical literature. We report the case of a patient of 84 years with ampules and bullae that appear on an erythematous base plate in the extremities, thorax and abdomen. The patient was successfully treated with methotrexate plus prednisone.
