ABSTRACT
Ventricular arrhythmias contribute significantly to morbidity and
mortality in patients with coronary disease. The differentiation with
other metabolic disorders that can lead widened QRS complex is
crucial to start treatment earlier. We report a patient with widecomplex
tachycardia and its approach in the emergency room.
