ABSTRACT
Mycosis fungoides is the most common form of all cutaneous primary T-cell lymphomas. The classic form has three evolutionary phases: stain, plate and tumor. Other clinical variants are less frequent, as it is the case of the hyperpigmented variety, of which only a few reports have been published so far. In this article we present two cases of MF with this variety.
