ABSTRACT
Spindle cell hemangioendothelioma is a rare vascular tumor that affects young adults. It represents a benign vascular reactive process caused by anomalies in the local blood flow. It is more commonly found in the upper and lower limbs as a subcutaneous violaceous tumor. The definitive diagnosis is made by histopathology. The purpose of presenting this case is to recognize the clinical and histological characteristics of this tumor, to avoid inappropriate treatments.REFERENCES
