Methodological tool to make the teaching file of the main forms of professional overcoming

ABSTRACT
Objectives: To characterize a methodological tool to help teachers in preparing the records required to prove professional development activity at the Academy of Medical Sciences. To describe the results of its use in the health sector of Arroyo Naranjo municipality, Havana 2010-2014.Methods: Bibliography review of law regulations, methodological guides and records of courses, training and workshops of mentioned period and territory; identifying the most frequent errors in the files; systematizing the process of program design; preparation of methodological template in teaching introduction and description of its operating results.
Results: Of 35 activities dictated in 2010, 2014 finished with 79, projecting an increase in the quality and standardization achieved; 14 national with international participation in 2011-2012 and 31 in 2013-2014. The activities dictated to teachers-care increased from 8 in 2010 to 52 in 2014.
Conclusions: The methodological template is a Word file that proposes a scheme for making the record of courses, workshops and training; saves time writing and typing teachers, minimizes errors, and make easier the correction and facilitates the deliver process to the academy. Its use enhanced the certification of this aspect of postgraduate studies in Arroyo Naranjo health sector during the period 2010-2014.
