ABSTRACT
Macrocephaly-cutis marmorata telangiectatica congenita
syndrome (macrocephaly - CMTC) is an uncommon skin
condition that is accompanied with macrocephaly cutis
marmorata, telangiectasia, phlebectasia, body asymmetry
and, occasionally, skin ulcerations. Here we report the case
of a one year two months old girl that exhibited the typical
signs of this condition, with paternal antecedents of body
asymmetry, which can be interpreted as a variant in the
clinical expression of this illness.
