ABSTRACT

In the last few year celiac disease patients and their family members have become more aware of the symptoms, diagnose and the final treatment. Newer efforts and studies have took place to describe new serological tests and the histological descriptions of the biopsies. The most important part of the treatment itself is a gluten free diet and besides that good emotional support for the pacients and their family.
