ABSTRACT
There are currently different
treatment alternatives
for colorectal cancer with
metastasic disease and
although the main option
remains the surgical approach,
is still under discussion which
treatment schemes are the best,
whether palliative resection
should be performed and
whether laparoscopic surgery
is considered safe in oncological
surgery.
