ABSTRACT
Malignant Pleural effusion is
associated with both primary
lung tumors and metastases, is a
complication of poor prognosis.
Its management is palliative
and individualized to improve
life quality and symptom relief
through various techniques
such as thoracocentesis,
tunneled catheter, pleurodesis,
and pleurectomy.
