ABSTRACT
Wilms tumor is the
most common childhood
intraabdominal solid tumor, the
diagnosis is often casual, with
routine physical examination
by a physician. Among its most
important clinical features
have hematuria in adults and
palpable mass in children.
Diagnosis is made by clinical
history, the diagnostic imaging
such as computed tomography
or magnetic resonance
imaging that are fundamental.
Treatment is always surgical
nephrectomy with adrenal
gland and regional lymph nodes.
Is also an option radiotherapy
and chemotherapy.
