ABSTRACT
A case is presented with increase in volume to both inguinal regions and perineal pain,
attending the Urology consultation as referred from another specialty with the
diagnostic possibility of penile cancer. The objective of the present work is to describe
the imaginological characteristics of this affection and its diagnosis by fine needle
aspiration cytology (FNA).
