ABSTRACT
Palmoplantar keratoderma (PPK) are a heterogeneous group
of diseases characterized by palmoplantar thickening resulting
from keratinization abnormalities. The classification of the
PPK, based on the clinical and histological changes (diffuse, focal,
punctate), is quite complex because there is often overlap
between entities. Cases have been reported in association of
PPK and cancer. We describe the rare case of a patient with
punctate PPK with a history of breast cancer as well as literature
review described.
