ABSTRACT
Sarcoma is a rare and aggressive tumor which develops from connective
tissue in the breast. It represents less than 1% of mammary tumors.
Almost all references in the literature are of isolated cases where diagnosis,
both clinical and by image, is nonspecific and is verified histologically.
Its prevalence, risk factors, clinical course, and radiological
characteristics have been characterized little. The purpose of this study
is to share a case from Hospital San Jose de Monterrey, of a patient
with an undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma, which is exceptional
in the mammary gland.
