ABSTRACT
We present the clinical case of a woman 18 years of age with history of trophoblastic disease, subjected to instrumented uterine curettage without biochemical or ultrasound control, who was admitted for hospital review on presenting headache and alteration of waking state. By computed tomography and ultrasound metastatic lesions were identified in liver, lung, and encephalon.REFERENCES
