ABSTRACT
it’s presented a case of cadaveric donor's renal secondary transplating of 32 years of evolution with useful function of the implat . the survival of renal cadaveric primary and secondary transplanting was reviewed in international casuistry. the results of the clinical exam and the auxiliaries standard of diagnose were exposed. it’s carry out an analysis and discussion of the principal complications of the recipient syndromical and nosological. the complications of this case were the chronic nephropathies of the insert; the arterial hypertension arterial secondary to the chronic nephropathies of the transplanted organ and the steroids treatment, the diabetes mellitu sin duced by the steroids and viral hepatitis chronicto virusc.
