ABSTRACT
Still’s Disease is a systemic inflammatory disorder of unknown etiology, characterized by a typical clinical triad: fever, arthralgia, and skin rash. Due to the fact that it does not present symptoms or pathognomonic laboratory abnormalities, a high clinical suspicion is required in order to reach the diagnosis. We report a case of a 62-year-old male patient who presented to our hospital with a 1-week history of salmon-colored papules coalescing into non-pruritic, circinate plaques over the trunk, associated with fever and arthralgia. We aim to report a typical case of this disease and to highlight the main features in order to achieve diagnosis and prompt treatment, so as to prevent damage and improve the quality of life of our patients.
