Pulmonary acute edema secondary to myocardial acute infarction during transoperatory of cesarean section

ABSTRACT

It is a clinic case of an eighteen year-old woman without risk factors, with 40 weeks of pregnancy in labor and fetal heart failure who became to cesarean section. Taking in account our results we can argue that she presented acute pulmonary edema and subendocardic ischemia of the after wall and lateral. Diagnosis should be based on the clinical finding, the electrocardiogram, chest film and corroborated with laboratory. Early diagnosis and treatment significantly reduce morbimortality rates.
