ABSTRACT
IgA pemphigus is a blistering autoimmune disease. It is characterized by vesiculopustular lesions and tissue-bound IgA antibodies targeting cell surface components in the epidermis. It is considered to be a rare variant of pemphigus and it is probably less commonly diagnosed. Clinically and histologically, IgA pemphigus is subdivided into subcorneal pustular dermatosis and intraepidermal neutrophilic IgA dermatosis. We report a case of intraepidermal neutrophilic IgA dermatosis.
