ABSTRACT
Chronic ulcers are a frequent reason of daily consultation and incapacitating. They preoccupied the patient, its family and the physician. Autologous rich platelets plasma is a simple and low cost option for the treatment of this pathology. We present a 61 old male patient, with diabetic ulcers in both legs of difficult management. Complete resolution is achieved using autologous rich platelets plasma.
