ABSTRACT
Pityriasis rosea is a common acute, benign and self-limited disseminated rash of unknown origin. It’s characterized by erythematous-squamous plaques with a fine and white scale at the border of the lesion; sometimes produces symptoms. It can be misdiagnosed with other dermatosis receiving wrong treatments.
