ABSTRACT
The cancer is not transmissible chronic disease that more is contributing to the mortality in all the ages in Cuba. Patient of 79 years of age that goes to the service of otorhinolaryngology of the Salvador Allende Hospital in February of the year 2013 for pain of hearing and lesion ulcerated in auditory external canal right. It is carried out biopsy an epidermoid carcinoma well differentiated, infiltrante and ulcerated is verified of canal auditory external right. Malignant tumors of the external auditory canal are not very frequent. Most originates in the external auditory canal and many of these could invade the half hearing secondarily, due to the delay in their diagnosis. The illness ganglionar, the facial paralysis and the extension intracraneal associate to a worse presage. The survival to these tumors in advanced stadiums is scarce for what is imposed the prevention and the precocious diagnosis of the same one.
