ABSTRACT
Background: Methodological and technological innovations implemented in the training of researchers, have enabled participants to improve access to educational material and retention in the teaching and learning activities.Objective: Describe the process of implementation, and main results of the pilot project developed with the “Diploma of Scientific Research Methodology” in its virtual form. Edition July to December 2014.
Methods: One directed to the deliberate search of information provided on institutional archives, qualitative research related to the chronological development of the training of researchers at the Hospital Lic Adolfo Lopez Mateos, results, challenges faced and innovations developed, which give as a result the development of the Diploma in research, in its blended format in 2014.
Results: 85% of participants passed the diploma; The strategy increases the times of dedication to the development and discussion of the research protocol, improving their scientific and technical quality
Conclusion: We need to generate and apply tools and indicators to adequately assess the technical quality of scientific research protocols generated.
