Forty four years old male with pulmonary tuberculosis, class IV (ATS), with many relapses

ABSTRACT

Male of 44 years with diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis. For 12 years he has had with many admissions to the hospital by fibrotic cavern pulmonary illness and bronchiectasis. The thorax x-ray showed heterogenous opacties with predominance in right hemithorax and apical cavern. Since his last hospitalization, he deteriorated severely presenting bronchoconstrictor, dyspnea of rest, ulcers in oral cavity, subcutaneous emphysema of neck and thorax, without pneumothorax and to end, dying.
