ABSTRACT
Female patient 56 years old with a history of hypertension than 3 years of evolution presents to the hemodynamic diagnosed with chronic stable refractory angina treated with beta blockers. It presents evidence of negative noninvasive detection of ischemia. During the exercise test the patient has chest pain typical 70% of your maximum effort, electrocardiographic changes. Coronary angiography is indicated due to persistence of symptoms to the effort.
