ABSTRACT
The metaplastic carcinoma of the breast is rare and the incidence that he has been reported with he oscillates around the 5%, in addition to his shadowy prognosis.
Objective:Method: Appropriate description and looking up literature.
Result: histological diagnosis is defined in the biopsy for paraffin, where in addition to the hematoxilina and eosina, the scoreboards inmunohistoquimicos like Receptor of estrogen, progesterone, HER2, Ki67, p63, CK 5/6, HER1 among others.
Conclusions: An infrequent form comes from mammary Carcinoma than given prognosis entails his morphologic characteristics badly.
