ABSTRACT
It shows up the case of a patient with a nummular eczema, illness caused by a dysfunction related with allergies in which stains or pruritus patches appear in currency form on the skin. The cause is ignored and the condition spreads to appear and to disappear. This entity has the associated risk that other dermatitis forms are developed, being able to worsen for the stress and the consumption of caffeine that which dehydrates the skin. The most important aspect in the treatment and the prevention of the nummular eczema is to maintain the moisturized skin.
