ABSTRACT
Partial loss of the renal pelvis of various causes, such as iatrogenic, accidental or the presence of lithos may pose a technical problem for its anatomical reconstruction. We present two cases treated with an innovating technique i.e. hydropneumatic dilatation of the ureter to reconstruct the renal pelvis. Both cases had excellent results.
