ABSTRACT
The interpretation acid base status is key in medical practice. Primary disorders are acidemia or alkalemia; and their metabolic or respiratory components are detected via the arterial blood gases. However, evaluation is limited exclusively to baking and arterial pressure of carbon dioxide. For this purpose, various formulas have been created based on the principle of electroneutrality complement information and detailed diagnosis. In this paper explains in detail the construction, display and interpretation of the different equations.
