ABSTRACT

The figure of Sir William Osler marks the beginnings of important knows ledges and contributes in the medical clinic and revolutionizes the teaching of the medicine. Acquaintance as the father of the modern medicine. Your legate went the teaching at the side of the patient; the new curriculum, the medical education and the promotion of the investigation in the students; the knowledge of the history and the humanism and the love to the internal medicine. It has more than 1500 publications and contributed to many clinical specialities, between those who is found the Rheumatology.
