ABSTRACT
The articular denervation is the interruption of leading a joint pain to the brain by a
surgical section of the joint nerve branches, which can be done without impacting
motor muscle fibers or sensory skin. An experience of a palliative intervention is
presented for every persistent algic condition as a consequence of wrist conditions
which do not improve with other treatment methods. Seven patients were analyzed
with chronic lesions of the radiocarpal joint who underwent surgical technique.
