ABSTRACT
The research question responds to the need to resolve a concern; in this paper we review two useful acronyms for the development of a research question. For the formulation of the research question is important ask first the relevance; in this sense we recomend to use the FINER acronyms in order to verify that the question is feasible, interesting, new, ethics and relevant. Second, to the drafting of the research question must include the following elements: patients, intervention, comparison and outcome (PICO).
