ABSTRACT

One presents the chapter Not. 7, (pag 75-93) of the book " To know what to do in the direction of the Public Health ", that under the title of " The chief organizes or fails " it gathers a set of elements to considering for a better performance in the organization of an executive; in that it touches extremely interesting aspects as, like they are: the aspects to value for the opportune one to know and managerial occupation, between that they emphasize the capture of decisions, the control for the control, the meetings, the production of reports, the administration of the time, the managing of conflicts and of the process of changes, the strategic vision, the office with subordinates and chiefs and as preparing offices with his chief. It destines also a space to the Technologies of the Information and the communications and intelligent managing of the economy.
