ABSTRACT
Dengue is the main human viral disease transmitted by arthropods. The case of a 18-year-old patient, who comes for consultation referring headache, fever and then begins to show neurological symptoms occur. She remained hospitalized in various departments of the center with a torpid evolution until her death at day 7. The neurological manifestations of dengue are rare but occur and can lead to death.
