Parenchymal bronchogenic cyst with supernumerary segment

ABSTRACT
The bronchogenics cysts are a diverse group of congenital anomalies of the lung they constitute many times accidental discoveries in the rays X. The reported case belongs to a patient with breathing manifestations to repetition. In the thorax x-ray was observed a cavity of fine walls with aerial level in its interior. The patient was proposed to surgery. Keeping in mind the clinical data and the complementary exams was carried out the diagnosis of a bronchogenic cyst, entity it doesn’t frequent that it can be the cause, unsuspected in several occasions, of breathing manifestations to repetition.
