ABSTRACT
Disseminated superficial actinic porokeratosis (DSAP) is part of a group of genodermatoses characterized by a disorder of keratinization. It mainly affects women. The diagnosis is made by clinical-pathologic correlation. There are many treatments available today. Photodynamic therapy has recently been proposed as a good alternative. In this article we present the case of a 59-year-old female patient with DSAP treated with methyl aminolevulinate.
