ABSTRACT
Onychodystrophy refers to any change in the nail surface, excluding its color. Nail diseases are common, and one of their most frecuent causes is trauma, either self-induced, accidental or occupational. They are often underdiagnosed and poorly treated. We present two cases of different etiology with good response to treatment.
