ABSTRACT
Porokeratosis is a keratinization disorder with five different types; one of them is porokeratosis of Mibelli
as an inherited authosomic disease. We report two cases, a healthy 14 year-old woman and a 48 year-old
man with renal transplant. Both cases were treated with 5-fluoruracil ointment with excellent results.
